Life Story Style

Scrapbooks are typically brimming with colorful pages about birthdays, vacations and holidays. But, when you think about it, most of the "stuff" that makes up life is happening between those milestones. Do you wonder how to scrapbook that real life "stuff?" That is what Life Story Scrapbooking is about -- marrying the art of scrapbooking with the craft of life story writing.

We focus on:

In this 5-week series, you will learn how to scrapbook, life story style, crafting pages that you can easily add to in the months and years to come. Workshops are held in Colerain, Deerfield and Springfield Townships; the workshop schedule can be found here.

What happens in a Life Story Scrapbooking workshop?

Each meeting, we introduce the days' themes and layouts. You will complete four full 12" x 12" pages at each meeting.

Each page combines your photos, specialized journaling and fun artistic embellishments that include stamping, coloring, die cutting and other techniques.

By the end our of workshop, you will have completed twenty pages, and will have a framework that is easy to add to going forward.

What do I need to bring?

Everything is provided in class or in your individual supply packet, including a copy of Life Story Scrapbooking, a book written by Mary Ann Mayers. If you prefer, feel free to bring your own:
