Scrapbooks are typically brimming with colorful pages about birthdays, vacations and holidays. But, when you think about it, most of the "stuff" that makes up life is happening between those milestones. Do you wonder how to scrapbook that real life "stuff?" That is what Life Story Scrapbooking is about -- marrying the art of scrapbooking with the craft of life story writing.

In this 5-week series, you will learn how to scrapbook, life story style, crafting pages that you can easily add to in the months and years to come. Workshops are held in in person andlonline; the workshop schedule can be found here.

What happens in a Life Story Scrapbooking workshop?

Each meeting, we introduce the days' themes and layouts. You will complete four full 12" x 12" pages at each in-person meeting and have the tools to do so after each online meeting.

Each page combines your photos, specialized journaling and fun artistic embellishments that include stamping, coloring, die cutting and other techniques.

By the end our of workshop, you will have completed twenty pages, and will have a framework that is easy to add to going forward.

What do I need to bring?

Everything is provided at in-person classes, including a copy of Life Story Scrapbooking, a booklet written by Mary Ann Mayers. If you prefer, feel free to use your own:

For those taking an onine class, you can opt to receive a supply kit by mail (additional charge) or use your own supplies. You will receive a pdf of Life Story Scrapbooking and a full supply list for each session.

For Who is this workshop for?

All levels of scrapbookers are welcome -- from the brand new to the highly seasoned.
